  • Payment and premium order information: For premium PDF downloads, payments are processed by our payment partners. In that premium flow, we may collect or receive limited information such as your email address, payment ID, order ID, amount, status, timestamps, and contact details provided during payment, where applicable. We do not store full card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV, or similar sensitive payment credentials on our servers.
  • Email address in premium flow only: We do not require your email address for basic free template creation or free download flow. However, for premium PDF download or payment-related support, we may ask for or receive your email address to help with payment confirmation, support, order lookup, refund review, or download assistance.
  • Technical and usage information: We may collect limited technical information such as device, browser, IP-related logs, and error/debugging information to keep the service secure, diagnose issues, and prevent abuse.

2. How We Use Information

We use limited information only for legitimate service-related purposes, such as:

  • Enabling marriage biodata creation and PDF downloads.
  • Supporting premium PDF payments and related support requests.
  • Sending premium payment confirmations, order-related communication, and support responses where an email address is provided or received during premium purchase flow.
