Welcome to MatriProfile. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and marriage biodata creation service (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

MatriProfile is a tool that helps users create, customize, and download marriage biodata PDFs. We are a biodata creation tool, not a matchmaking platform, marriage bureau, or public listing service.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your intended use.

2. No Account Requirement

The current version of the Service does not require you to create an account. Basic free template use and free download flow generally do not require an email address. However, premium PDF download or payment-related flow may require limited contact information such as an email address for payment processing, order communication, support, or download assistance.

3. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the biodata details, photos, and other content you enter into the Service. You confirm that you have the right to use any content you upload or include, and that your use of the Service does not violate any law or any third-party rights.

We do not review biodata or photo you create, and we are not responsible for mistakes, omissions, or consequences arising from the content you choose to include or share.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Refunds

Some parts of the Service may be available for free, while premium template PDF downloads may require one-time payment per download. Prices, templates, and features may change from time to time.

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. For premium PDF downloads, we may ask for or receive limited order and contact information, including an email address where applicable, to support payment confirmation, receipts, support, refund handling, fraud prevention, or download-related communication. We do not store full card details, CVV, UPI PINs, or similar highly sensitive payment credentials on our servers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create, upload, or share unlawful, abusive, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Upload content that you do not have permission to use.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Bypass security features, payment flows, access controls, or system limits.
• Use the Service in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its templates, branding, design assets, layout, features, and software, is owned by MatriProfile or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service and generated outputs for personal, non-commercial biodata creation and sharing purposes.

You retain ownership of the content you provide, subject to the rights necessary for technical processing of the Service where applicable.

7. PDFs, Outputs, and User Review

Generated previews and PDFs are provided on an as-available basis. You should review your biodata carefully before downloading, printing, or sharing it.

Once a PDF is downloaded or shared by you, you are responsible for how it is used, forwarded, copied, printed, or stored by others.

8. Local Browser Storage

The Service may store biodata information locally in your browser, such as through localStorage or similar browser technologies, to improve editing continuity and convenience on the same device and browser.

You are responsible for managing your browser environment and clearing locally stored data on shared or public devices.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers such as payment gateways, hosting providers, analytics tools, email services, or technical monitoring services. Your interaction with those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including templates, pricing, features, or technical flows, at any time and without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or continued availability of any specific template or feature.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatriProfile and its affiliates, operators, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific premium download giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or block access to the Service if we believe there has been misuse, abuse, fraud, violation of these Terms, or any activity that threatens the integrity or security of the Service.

14. Eligibility

The Service is intended for individuals 18 years or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date on this page. Continued use of the Service after revised Terms are posted means the updated Terms will apply.
