Our Policy
Premium template PDFs on MatriProfile are delivered instantly after payment. Because of this, refunds are usually not needed. However, if you face a technical issue or an unexpected payment problem, please contact us and we will be happy to review and help resolve it.
Cases We May Review for Refund or Resolution
We may review refund or support requests in situations such as:
- Payment was successful but your premium PDF was not delivered properly.
- You were charged more than once for the same intended download.
- A verifiable technical issue on our side prevented successful use of the paid premium download.
Cases That May Not Qualify for Refund
Refunds are usually not applicable in cases such as:
- Change of mind after a successful premium PDF delivery.
- Errors in biodata content entered by the user before download.
- Issues caused by the user's internet connection, device, browser settings, or third-party environment outside our control.
- Requests made without enough information for us to verify the payment or issue.
How to Contact Us
Email hello@matriprofile.com with:
- The contact number used during payment
- Your payment ID or order ID
- The date of payment
- Device/browser details
- A short description of the issue, and screenshots if available
- Contacting us as soon as possible helps us review the issue faster.
Review and Processing
- We typically reply within 2 to 3 business days.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
- Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase, contact us and we will review it.
- Unauthorized payment: If you notice a payment you did not authorize, contact us promptly and also contact your bank or payment provider for immediate assistance.
Chargebacks
If you face a payment issue, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to help quickly. If a chargeback is opened through your bank or payment provider, resolution may depend on their review process.
